iPhone 12 Pro stuck in SOS mode

This finally worked for me after many watched videos and options of cellular network coverage

To verify your network, follow these steps:

1. From the main screen, tap the "Settings" icon.
2. Tap "Cellular."
3. Tap "Cellular Data Options."
4. Tap "Voice & Data."
5. Make sure LTE is enabled.

Oh then the typical restart of :

1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
3. Press and hold the side button.
4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button

In Settings >Cellular>Cellular Data, is it on? Toggle it off then on if so.

My phone is stuck on sos and keeps saying wait 8 hours till I can try again
