Family Sharing members are not tied to a specific device.

When you add someone to Family Sharing they can access the family sharing content on any supported device, be it iPhone or Android. No transferring is required.

On an android device you can access Family Sharing through the Apple Music App, or online at tv.apple.com or music.apple.com by logging in with the Apple ID invited to family sharing.

What exactly you are attempting to accomplish?
