I've tried everything. I've logged out and back in, my calendar on my iPhone is fine, but on icloud.com on my pc, scattered information is there but much is missing! I rely on this calendar and need my information synced!

Same here, if I go into daily view and click on a day with missing events it sometimes loads them. I can see them in the monthly view after that, until the webpage refreshes and then they disappear again.
It just started happening when I did the latest software update. I've tried everything with no luck. If I add an event in calendar on my PC, it automatically syncs with my phone but not the other way around.
I tried to add an event on my PC, it synced to my phone but has now also disappeared from PC like everything else. And I have no idea how to fix it..
Exactly what I am experiencing. Not sure what to do at this point!
My icloud calendar will not sync on my desktop.
