I was trying to buy a COD point through my online payment method and it keep telling me “Your Purchase could not be completed for assistance contact iTunes Support”.

I was trying to purchase Codm points and I have $10.98 in my Apple account but it keeps telling me your purchase could not be completed and I should contact Apple support on trying to do that but keeps saying same thing I tried changing my payment method they keep saying same thing I’m tired of apple
