I need to cancel my Apple ID but I Dont know what it is

I continue to be billed .99 per month on an old Apple ID…

I do NOT know the Apple ID or the email associated with it.

I have called the number on my credit card statement several times and they will not help.

I do NOT want to cancel my credit card just to remove this charge …I do not know what device this is connected to
