Touch issue

After recent update to 16.5.1 my I phone 13 is having touch issues on the right side of the screen

Touch not working on a vertical line across the screen I was really excited when the ios 16 came out. But after I had done the update a vertical portion of my touch is not working, screen is working though. I waited for the next update and yesterday i have done the ios 16.1 installed. Even though the problem still persist. Anyone help me understand what is the problem behind this. My device is an iPhone 11

Apple support is asking me to replace my display

already during warranty period the display was replaced due to faulty do now again the display screen is problematic

first display issue occurred with six months of purchase, now with in one year again display issue
