Same here! I tried using my visa gift card for in app purchases and even app purchases yet it still will say something is wrong with either the card or information on it. My gift-card does work because I have made online website type purchases and even went online shopping. Ever since my Apple gift card was not working even though all the numbers appeared and were typed out right and I went to go text customer support , I have never texted them ever again since they don’t like to respond.
