Apple Watch notifications while in sleep mode

To get started, are you enabling the Focus setting from your iPhone? If so, do you have Share Across Devices enabled in Settings > Focus on your iPhone? If not, then this would only enable the Focus settings on your iPhone, and would not enabled on your Apple Watch as well.

Note: To have your Focus settings shared across all your devices where you’re signed in with the same Apple ID, open Settings on your iPhone, tap Focus, then turn on Share Across Devices.

If Share Across Devices is enabled, and you can see that the Focus is enabled on your Apple Watch when you get a notification, then we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly from this link here: Apple Support

The problem was update my MacBook from BigSur to Monterrey.

Monterrey corrupt focus settings in iPhone and Apple Watch. I use reset options in Focus Settings at Macbook e Voilá!
