Repeat Repair for the Same Issue

I brought my phone to the service center thrice in the last month for the same issue and everytime, it is returned to me from repair service only to find that the same issue persists. They say that the issue "resolves" itself after erasing all contents of the phone then the diagnosis comes clean, so the technicians returns it back to me without doing anything. However, the issue comes back within hours it is returned to me, and is diagnosed with the same issue when I return to the Apple Store/Service Center. This is a "No service" issue and I have confirmed with my carrier that my phone is not blacklisted and my sim is working perfectly in another device.

My phone is now on its way back to me from the service center for the third time, with the note that "there is no issue to be found". I doubt erasing my phone the 3rd time will do the charm. Would you have suggestions on what I can do for the next steps? I don't think undergoing the same process will solve my issue and my time and patience is really dwindling...

Quick summary of issue: My phone loses all cellular services: SMS, Call, and Data. The error on the top right corner is an exclamation point within a triangle with a note "No Service". In Settings, Mobile Data shows "Error". In About section, Mobile Service Error shows and states "Mobile Data Issue: Your iPhone is currently unable to access mobile data, or make and receive calls or messages."

Phone was bought directly from Apple. My iOs is up to date and no software carrier update was required. Once erased, the cellular service comes back, only to have the same error after a few minutes or hours.

My sim works perfectly in another phone and have confirmed with my carrier that my IMEI is not barred. My carrier is Lebara. Also, I have tried putting in a different sim (O2, overseas sim), same issue happens, even after doing a recovery process. Also, I have not restored my iPhone from my iCloud backup in the 2 instances it was returned to me (as suggested by the service center).

Yeah, actually that was advised to me the first time I got my phone back from the service center. I had to download all the apps again. Although they said it was ok to sync photos, messages, and contacts. Still happened the 2nd time.

After the third time, I thought maybe my entire AppleID account is the issue, so I did not log-in my apple ID at all. The issue recurred within the day. :(
