If you have an Apple Device, follow these steps:
[Settings > My Account (Your Name and Photo) > Payment and Shipping], then you can choose how to proceed.
If you don't have an Apple Device, go to appleid.apple.com, the follow these steps:
[Sign in > Payment & Shipping], then you can choose how to proceed form there.
