My volume is up, do not disturb is off and yet some incoming calls are not heard. Important calls from my bank, and the NHS don’t come through and these are not blocked numbers. I don’t know the numbers, so can’t call back I still get spam calls and many calls from unknown numbers!
please help if you can, I’ve tried everything I can think of.
Double check to see whether Silence Unknown Callers is set to ON. If it is then set it to OFF.
Open Settings ➡️ Phone ➡️ Silence Unknown Callers: Ensure that this is set to OFF.

Thanks, I’d already checked that! And I do get calls from unknown callers, just some select ones don’t come thro
iPhone not ringing when some numbers call.
