Virus safari

hello. I has been a week since I got a virus from the cover and please help me to clean it

This is not a virus. It is caused by allowing Notifications from a website you should not have. Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications. Block the Notifications from all websites and confirm the problem is solved. After that only allow notifications from reputable signs that you need to have a notification.
