Itunes movies

I have purchased two movies on Itunes and they they will not play. The screen remains black even though it shows that I have purchased them.

Start here, troubleshooting:

Make sure your Windows PC is up to date.

Update to the latest version of iTunes

Update to the latest version of iTunes for Windows 10 – Apple Support (UK)

 

See also -> Check your third-party security software.

Check the Wi-Fi connection.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Disable all AV & Firewalls temporarily.
