My touch bar works when you touch it but you can't see the icon on the touch bar in my macbook pro corei7 intel

You can try both on Intel—
resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support see the details.
resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

voice over Accessibility feature was turned on. Turning it off again in Settings solved the issue.
