Can adults over 18 share their screen time reports in family sharing with the family organizer?

I am family organizer and my husband and I are trying to enable the sharing of Screen Time reports. I was under the impression this was possible but cannot figure it out.

Screen time requests not coming in I have Family Sharing set up on my phone so I can control my children’s screen time. When they requests more time the notifications are coming through to my iPad, but not my phone (and they don't sit silently in my Notification Center ). When they sends a request to buy, this makes it through to the phone. How do I need to change my settings to get the screen time requests?

Why is my child’s screen time report not showing on my iPhone and family share? My sons just got an iPhone and I set it up on family sharing but his screen time is not showing on my iPhone. How do I get it to show up on my phone? I followed all the the steps to set up both from my iPhone and from his and it’s still not showing on my phone.
