It is very frustrating that Apple has made obtaining a Genius Bar appt akin to an obstacle course! If you don't click on just the right combination of answers (and "my problem is not listed" is not always an option), you end up in a circle of other support options. And even the Chat help can't get you to the Genius Bar easily.
