My SIM card is locked and I don’t have mobile network on my phone. I can only use my phone when I have available Wi-Fi . I can’t make or receive regular calls as a result of this problem. What can I do?

how come two sims come on an iphone but in the settings it says no sim and there is a locked wi fi network that does not belong attached to a different carrier using esim what is really up that Apple cant get this addressed
I purchased a no sim lock/no carrier lock iphone 12 and this locked wi fi network pops up and is linked to my cellular service which is not that. Interestingly enough my service provider shared with me that they use a 3 party proyx without the customers knowing called

What can I do?
Not an Apple issue.
Temporarily, use another phone to contact your carrier and ask them to remove the lock on the phone. They may need to send you a new SIM card.
