I want to change my voicemail greeting
Locate yourself to the Phone app.
At the bottom you should notice a Voicemail tab, select that.
Next in the top left, you should see a button saying Greeting, click on that.
It should be selected on Default, switch that to Custom.
Click record and create your Voicemail!

Assuming your Phone app is down at the bottom of the Home Screen, I mean to click onto the app. Your Phone app should contain a tab in the bottom right showing the symbol I have attached below. Otherwise I am not quite sure the issue.
Sorry it took me so long to respond. I am actually trying the community page out today on my iPhone.
Thank you for answering. Just one more question; When you say locate yourself, do you mean to tap on the ID at the top in the setting?
I tap on it and it doesn't have the voicemail option there. It goes into my email setting etc, but no voicemail option.
