Can’t find my old password for my Apple ID

Forgot my password when I spoke to one of the Apple Support team, they told me to reset it then I cannot get back in to my Apple ID account and then over a month. I’ve been trying to do it or sign out of it either way.

If you have forgotten your password, try and reset it at iforgot.apple.com. If you cannot reset it, you can also enroll in account recovery from this website.
