Disabled that’s not my device

An ex-employee return the company ipad he was using and it’s disabled. How can I disable it without his information?

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPad requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.


If you encounter the activation lock afterwards, submit an unlock request as described in the Related Article above.
