How can I see which printer driver I am using on my M1 iMac Venture?
I have Canon Pro-100 and I must avoid the AirPrint default driver as I am creating custom paper profiles and the AirPrint driver changes the colors when printing color charts.

System Preferences > Printers & Scanners > click on your Printer > the driver version is the bottom box of the pop-up window

When you add a printer, you choose the driver. Remove and re-add the printer and name it to indicate which driver you used.
