Hi. I recently just bought an Apple Watch from a second hand and the owner doesn’t know the iCloud, is there anyway other way of me getting past it to set up the watch with my phone.

You purchased an Activation Locked Apple Watch.

Without the assistance of the original owner, the Apple Watch will remain useless forever. It was likely stolen by the seller.

Get a refund if possible.
