With an Apple Music Subscription, you just need to turn on Sync Library.

Library: Browse and play your music on Apple TV - Apple Support

Home Sharing is possible when turned on from a Computer.

Use Home Sharing to share media from a computer to other devices - Apple Support

Airplay to Apple TV

Use AirPlay to stream audio - Apple Support
