If I buy Apple products in the USA and then go to Europe (Georgia) will I be able to use Special Offer Apple Gift Card by Email (Special Offer)? Thanks for the answer.

You would need to check the terms and conditions of the program making the offer if they would offer a card in a different currency, but I very much suspect not. It would likely be a gift card from the USA and the card would not be valid in Europe.
