Can I record calls on iPhone?

I need the call record can you add auto call record in I phone?

Regular cellular phone calls cannot be recorded on iPhone, by design. Third party VOIP apps may have other capabilities.
(There is of course the analog ‘loophole’ of recording with a second device, while the first has audio on speaker.)
If you meant something different, then please elaborate.
