As a networked printer, the Ricoh IM C4500 is supported natively by Apple's built-in AirPrint in Ventura. No Ricoh drivers necessary, and if Ricoh ended driver support with Catalina, you shouldn't bother looking for Ricoh support now anyway.
Network that Ricoh printer, and with it powered on, visit System Settings > Printers & Scanners panel. If there is an entry for the Ricoh IM C4500 already present, click the arrow on the right end of that panel and on the subsequent panel, click Remove Printer…, otherwise on the main Printers & Scanners panel, click the button Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax…
In either of the above actions, an Add Printer panel will appear and with its first toolbar item selected, wait for Apple's Bonjour service to detect and display the Ricoh printer in the Name field on this panel. When that happens, click that printer entry and that will enable the Use selector, where you choose either of Default or AirPrint, which ever is available there. Then click Add. Your Ricoh IM C4500 will now appear in the Printers panel, where you can right-click on it and set it as the default printer.
