Could you help me, what is the difference between these
models?

They are different stock codes for what seems to be nominally the same specification. The difference is probably trivial and might even be something like they were consigned for sale direct by Apple, or a specific reseller or region.
Don't worry about the stock codes, just select your watch based on GPS + cellular or GPS-only, size of case, color, band type and color.
