how to change screenshot to pdf

If you open the screenshot on you MacBook Air, it should open in Preview. Click on File and then Export as PDF. Rename the file and choose a place to save it, and you have yourself a PDF!

Open it in any application which can and use the Print to PDF option, or convert it through a tool such as Preview.
