Does apple even plan on introducing Apple Pay/Wallet into the Bosnian market? Every country surrounding Bosnia has Apple Pay/Wallet and even Google Pay was introducing a couple days ago, but maybe Apple doesn’t plan on expanding because of the small iPhone demographic.

This is an Apple forum of Apple users, such as yourself. Unfortunately we do not know what Apple is and isn't planning. I do believe Apple is working on releasing Apple Pay to more and more countries, however, it is difficult depending on the countries or regions laws and restrictions. Apple has to make changes to a lot of features in a lot of different places to incorporate it where it meets local laws and restrictions, but also still works within the Apple ecosystem.
You can always leave feedback and tell them you wish to have it added - Feedback - Apple Pay - Apple. Apple promises to read all feedback/submissions carefully.
