Why Apple disabled app store and itunes on my phone?

I can’t access my account and renew my Apple Music suscription.


My account was disabled to App Store and iTunes. Why? I need to be able to access my Apple Music account, and pay suscriptions. It won’t let me add a card or anything at all. What should I do?

You need to contact Apple Support: If your Apple ID has been locked or disabled – Apple Support (AU)
