My Mac book shows the battery symbol and then to plug it into the charger. It is plugged into the charger and I tested out my charger on another apple product and it is working why isn’t my Mac book not turning on

How long have you left it on charge? It takes time to get a depleted battery to point where it can support normal operations. Of course there could be actually damage of some kind. Have you have any warnings? Any error messages or alerts lately?
Honestly I might not have left it on the charger long enough so I will try that out. I hadn’t received any error messages or alerts, I was on it when it died and went to plug it in and that’s when it wouldn’t come back on. Also thank you for responding
Try charing it out the second USB-C port and seem if the same issues occurs.
