No, it is not the ticket provider’s problem, it is APPLE.

Its always be like that, updated their IOS and apple pay doesn’t work anymore.

ive contacted the provider it said it couldn’t help. Ive tried different browsers, looked at every possible settings in phone settings, just doesnt work

That is an issue with the Ticket provider's link on their website. Contact them so they can fix it or try using a different browser than Safari to access the website and see if it works.
