Are my AirPods genuine or fake?

The model A2618 is not explicitly listed in Apple’s support doc Identify your AirPods - Apple Support but I suspect this might simply be a new version not yet updated on the support site. To my mind the big clue is that your AirPods have been accepted for AppleCare+ which means they must have been validated by Apple. Your AirPods are genuine.

Hello ~ It shows they are still under AppleCare+ and that’s the best indicator of them being genuine. Where did you buy them? Also for most devices you can check here…
