I can't find My Photo Stream under my photos. Does that mean I don't have it?
I don't have My Photo Stream under my photos app. Does that mean I don't have it?

When you go to the Photos app and choose Albums in the tab bar and there is not an Album named "My Photo Stream, then you do not have it and will not be affected by the closure of My Photo Stream.
