Phone rings, once hangs up
Phone rings once call does not come through the person that is calling me tells me they I hang up with one ring

Your carrier......the people that you pay each month for your cell service.....may possibly have a website that allows their customers to change the phone options.
For example, AT&T allows customers to choose from 1 to 6 rings before the call goes to voicemail.
