I'm having a small issue with tables in Pages:
I want to have a cell that contains the text "16+", but whenever I type that the "+" disappears as soon as I exit the cell (likely because it thinks I want to do calculations in the cell, instead of literally writing "16+").

In Pages v13.1, when I first set a table cell's format to text, and then enter an unquoted 16+ string, tabbing to another cell or clicking outside of the Pages table does not alter that 16+ entry. Barry's apotrophe prefix also works the same way in a that table cell where its pre-formatted to text.
I don't have macOS 10.11.6 with Pages v5.6.2 on it to test if the behavior is the same (based on your profile).
