PhotoGrid charged me after false advertising and now Apple won’t give me a refund

PhotoGrid app showed “3 free day trial” but instead charged me full amount right away on day 1. I didn’t even get to use free trial and lost my money. Apple refuses to give me a refund and I’m not sure what else I can do. Please help. I don’t know how it’s legal to do false advertising and scam people like that
