Hi manasakonamme,
Let's see if we can isolate if the microphone issue is from the left or right side, as you can switch the microphone.
Set the microphone location for your AirPods
1. Wear your AirPods, and make sure they’re connected to your device.
2. Do one of the following:
• On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: Go to Settings
, then tap the name of your AirPods near the top of the screen.
• On Mac: Choose Apple menu
> System Settings, then click the name of your AirPods in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down).
3. Select Microphone, then choose one of the following:
• Automatically Switch AirPods: Either of your AirPods can act as the microphone. If you use only one of them, it acts as the microphone.
• Always Left or Always Right: The one you choose becomes the microphone, even if you remove it from your ear or put it in the case.

We'd also suggest to clean your AirPods Pro, just in case some debris has gotten into the microphone.

Lastly, verify that this happens in more than just one app.
If cleaning doesn't help, and once you isolate the issue to either microphone, along with this happening with more than one app, you can have your AirPods Pro looked at by a technician. Here's how to set up service:
