can't delete 16.4.1 (a)

16.4.1(a)When i press "Remove Security Response" when download ends,
a window appears "Security Response Removal Failed" "IOS Security Response 16.4.1 (a) could not be removed.
What i can do to fix it?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

this feature only disables auto-boot,
 i already did that, but i'm afraid that updating to 16.5.1 won't restore my battery time to 16.4.1 level
so I would like to just remove 16.4.1(a), and go back to 16.4.1,but I can't do it because of some bug

Update to iOS 16.5.1

You will be able to enable and disable Security Responses and System Files. See the pic below

16.4.1(a) began to drain the battery very quickly,
 and 16.5.1 is rumored to be no different. 16.4.1 was great
