Cannot verify payment information


Hi I tried to add payment method with my new debit card that was suspended 2days ago but can activate now, but it didn't work. It just keeps saying it can't verify payment information and contact apple support

So I've been searching for 3 hours and I did everything that they say to do but it still didn't work at all to me

But I did add same card to apple pay The only thing that I can't add is this (add new payment method)


Actually my card was suspended a few days ago, so I went to the bank and they said it looked okay, so I just asked them to change it to a new card. (Because my card is sometimes so old that it doesn't work) After that, I tried to add new payment method with a new card, but it said can't verify payment info and I couldn't even pay to something. So I went back to the bank, and they solved it in three hours and they said now it's going to work. So I tried to add payment method again, but nothing has changed. I don't think it's a problem with my card...


What should I do? I don't have another card This is the only one that I have

And I need to solve this because I'm subscribed to iCloud and stuff like that

help me plz

Based on your country of residence and country you have selected under your Apple ID --> Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple ...


Have you a Debit/Credit card that is issued to you that is valid internationally and is from the same Country / Region as your Apple ID.



Know it here --> If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes ...


Check the following

  1. The payment method that you are adding is of the same country as that of App Store Country on your iPhone
  2. You have a valid payment plan debit/credit card from an authorised bank from the same country
  3. Payment methods that you can use with your Apple ID - Apple Support
  4. Learn more about family purchases and payments.
  5. Please check if your Debit/Credit card is valid internationally



If you can't choose None as a payment method then the Billing information is needed . The "None" option will not appear...


  1. If you have an unpaid balance or payment due
  2. If you have a subscription that automatically renews
  3. If you're using the iTunes Store or App Store for the first time
  4. If you are not in the country or region you’re creating an Apple ID for
  5. If you changed your country or region
  6. If you're a part of Family Sharing
