AppStore not connecting

My wifi is connected. Safari is working. But when I try to connect to the app store, it shows “Cannot connect to the app store”. Also, when I try to purchase any app, it just “loading”. Purchase page doesn’t come. What’s the problem? I just brought my iPad Pro a day ago.

Check the network connection:

You need to have a good Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
