I received the email regarding My Photo Stream, but I cannot find any albums with that name. Does this mean I don't have any saved photos on My Photo Stream?

If you don't have any My Photo Stream album on any of your devices as described in Information about the My Photo Stream shutdown - Apple Support then you won't lose any photos due to the Phot Stream shutdown.
