Watch Voice memos deleted and lost

My watch memos were not synced to my iPhone, I have unpaired the devices and paired back, once there were paired I noticed the voice memos were deleted from my watch, I do have the voice memos backup turned on and restored the watch from existing backup from few days ago. The voice memos that were on my watch vanished and cannot be found, those are very important to be restored, any idea how to do it?
