I cannot control the volume or off/on using my Apple remote with my vizio. It was working and now all of a sudden it stopped.
Hi, thank you for your response. Unfortunately, this did not work for me. I'm not sure what the heck happened since it was working great until a couple of days ago. That is when I noticed I could not use the remote for the volume or the power off. Any other suggestions?
Check to make sure that you have HDMI CEC enabled on your TV. I’d also check for a firmware update on your TV and make sure that your AppleTV is using the latest version of tvOS.
