Missing incoming calls

Hello all.. Had anyone expect problem with missing incoming calls? Like simply not receiving calls on phone when it was on? My job is very serious and I have days when I am on home standby duty when I have to be reachable. Two days ago I literally had my phone 1 meter next to me but apparently when my agent wanted to reach me and tried to call me, my phone was unavailable like I turned it off or had no signal. I visited my call carrier and they told me there was no reports of missing signal so I requested a list of calls from them cause what else can I do to explain myself? For now I am waiting for a list. But if it was a problem with device what can I do? It's really unpleasant situation. I never had this problem with any iPhone before and I have iPhone devices over 13 years..

Hello adr1ana,

Can you please verify you have no Focus modes on that are limiting what calls / notifications are coming through?

Additionally,

Open Settings
Scroll down and tap on Phone
Tap on Silence Unknown Callers

Toggle this feature off.

Also within the Phone settings, tap on Notifications.

Verify:

Allow Notifications is toggled on
Notification Delivery is set to Immediate Delivery

Thank you for your idea but 2 years I am receiving normally calls from my work. It's crew control and they didn't change phone number, its always the same and 2 years they are calling me normally so it's not unknown caller. Nevertheless I have Silence Unknown callers off. I didn't turn on any night mode, flight mode and I never turn off my iPhone so it was not off for sure. I was home next to my phone which looked working normally as every day.. After an hour I seen on my roster app that I have 'no/show' for that day at work I called them back without problem and I tried to call myself from my mom's phone and I received call normally. So it's very strange.
