There is no manual per se. Apple's Help menu once you have setup the computer offers the best reference overall, but there are plenty of search pages on http://www.apple.com/support that can help.

There is in fact a wonderful book called "Mac OS the Missing Manual" that has been released for every upgrade Apple released. I highly recommend getting it if you want to become familiar with your currently installed Mac OS release.

Very helpful to a point. Keep in mind only the OS that shipped with Mac is in these manuals. And there is no separate manual for Monterey or Ventura. While the OS hasn't changed a lot, there are new features that would be helpful to have documented in one central place.
