Can I share iCloud whit just one member of the family and Apple Music whit the rest of te family?

Hello Csrhdz,
This is not possible. All Family Share eligible purchases and subscriptions are shared with the entire Family Share. Now, your Family Share members don't need to use your iCloud storage. I have two members of my Family Share group that don't use my iCloud storage (2TB), and pay for their own.
