I cannot change my app store review name. I have followed the help from some older discussion posts (2021 was the most recent) but I cannot find it. I have tried on my Iphone, Ipad, and now my PC. Can someone please help? Also, can you make it available to change from your handheld devices?? I imagine it would be easier to have the option in the app store or from your settings in your Iphone. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for the quick response. After some more messing around with that post I figured out where I was getting lost. I was unaware the hyperlink at the end of chris_g1 post was part of the instructions. I had read his post at least five times now and I just figured that out. My issue has been resolved.
It would be tremendously beneficial to edit his post for us PC users to state we have to use Itunes to change our nickname in the App Store. The instructions in his post could help if they were more concise. I was scouring my account on this website, the app store, and my settings on my phone for hours trying to find my nickname.
