Continuously getting no sound on apple TV app on Samsung TV. One day it works, the next no sound. Have logged out numerous times and tried turning TV off but nothing fixes when there is no sound. Then on next opening of the app it will work fine. It makes no sense. I have seen suggestions to try changing audio but in the settings in the TV app there is no option for this. Can anyone help??

To start, have you tried restarting your TV altogether and then test? Also, another thing you can try is removing and re-adding the Apple TV app.
