itunes freezing in Windows 10

I am trying to use TouchCopy 16 to transcribe text messages from my iphone and to make a list of dates of all calls from a specific phone number. However, it appears to require call logs to be encrypted and it requires use of itunes in order to encrypt. I have installed and uninstalled itunes several times. I have even installed it using a link directly from apple (as opposed to microsoft store) . This is supposed to make a difference, but none of what I have done makes a difference.

Itunes just freezes on my screen. Itunes does not close by right clicking on it's icon and selecting "Close window." It also doesn't respond to Ctrl F4. The only way to get rid of itune from my screen is to close all other programs and restart my computer. Since itunes covers most of my screen and it can't be moved over when it freezes, I can't even just minimize it and do other things. I must restart my computer. Does anyone have any suggestion for
